🔹 Salary / Stipend
As per RBE No. 96/2024:
- Remuneration: Fixed monthly amount, calculated as Pay at Retirement – Basic Pension.
- Remains unchanged during the contract term.
- No increments, Dearness Allowance (DA), or House Rent Allowance (HRA).
- Transport Allowance: Fixed, not exceeding the rate at retirement, for commuting.
- TA/DA: Allowed for official tours, as per entitlement at retirement.
- Leave: 1.5 days of paid leave per completed month, non-accumulative beyond a calendar year.
Example: If pay at retirement was ₹50,000 (Level-7) and pension is ₹25,000, remuneration is ₹25,000/month (indicative).
